What You'll Do:
Support the Account Executive in daily accounting tasks related to stock movement and supplier transactions.
Assist in processing supplier invoices, payment tracking, and monthly cut-off procedures.
Help manage purchase and sales records for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Maintain and update aging reports for customers and suppliers.
Reconcile warehouse inventory records with accounting entries.
Support in filing documents required for audit and regulatory checks
Assist in the preparation of finance reports and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive records confidentially.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English .
Available for a minimum of 4 months.
Willing to work on-site at our pharmacy warehouse in Shah Alam
