Assist in improving internal processes and identifying workflow gaps
Shadow managers to learn about leadership, problem-solving, and strategy
Daily Tasks May Include:
Assisting various departments with coordination and follow-ups
Helping implement or maintain job flow and task tracking systems
Reconciling payment records and basic accounts-related documentation
Following up with customers on documents, payments, or service progress
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Management, Accounts, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, document editing and drafting.
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
