We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Internship Admin Assistant
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in administrative support and office operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Open a new file case whenever a new case is received
Manage filing systems (digital & physical) and maintain records
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Provide support to other departments when required
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a team
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3-6 months
