What you will do:



Document management:

Filing, copying, scanning, and organizing physical and electronic documents.

Communication support:

Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, responding to emails, managing reception area.

Data entry:

Entering data into spreadsheets and databases.

Correspondence preparation:

Drafting letters, emails, and other communications.

Office administration:

Managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and handling basic maintenance tasks.

Project assistance:

Supporting on various projects by gathering information, compiling reports, and completing administrative tasks.

Who we are looking for:



Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management/Psychology in related fields Minimum internship period of 12 weeks

(Preferably students who are looking for an internship starting immediately)

Excellent administrative and organizational skills Able and willing to travel to work
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
