Sorting OGA, Scrap sales for DPDC/MFM and Waste Management form, filing WB and waster form for FSSC audit Manage company Vehicles key, shell card/TNG/road tax / car service / filing vehicles request form for Summons traceability To perform JDE transaction work order, OV and PR and work order for administrative Department To manage Stationary requisition and distribution for DPDC and MFM To arrange Foreign workers transport on Public Holiday, Sunday overtime or special request arrangement from DPDC and MFM. Verify the Invoice by BU To ensure secretarial and office support services are provided effectively. ( in coming call, courier, parcel / document ). Print courier invoices and compile consignment notes and verify the invoice for Finance Print SAJ, TNB bill foreign workers for finance to make payment Print Cukai Harta, Cukai tanah for finance to payment Apply for yearly renewal MFM and DPDC business license To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
