• Manage OGA/ waste disposal form. Sorting OGA, Scrap sales for DPDC/MFM and Waste Management form, filing WB and waster form for FSSC audit
• Manage company Vehicles key, shell card/TNG/road tax / car service / filing vehicles request form for Summons traceability
• To perform JDE transaction work order, OV and PR and work order for administrative Department
• To manage Stationary requisition and distribution for DPDC and MFM
• To arrange Foreign workers transport on Public Holiday, Sunday overtime or special request arrangement from DPDC and MFM. Verify the Invoice by BU
• To ensure secretarial and office support services are provided effectively.
• ( in coming call, courier, parcel / document ).
• Print courier invoices and compile consignment notes and verify the invoice for Finance
• Print SAJ, TNB bill foreign workers for finance to make payment
• Print Cukai Harta, Cukai tanah for finance to payment
• Apply for yearly renewal MFM and DPDC business license
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
