The Admin Intern will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role offers hands-on exposure to office administration, documentation, coordination, and basic operations support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and maintaining basic administrative procedures and filing systems.
Support in arranging and coordinating the driver's daily schedule, including monitoring collection and delivery of documents or stock.
Assist in conducting routine company vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Help in processing monthly utility bills and invoices by compiling documents and supporting validation processes.
Support daily office operations including:
Coordinating IT support requests
Monitoring office equipment and facilities
Replenishing office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
Assist in coordinating internal meetings, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes.
Help prepare refreshments (coffee/tea) during internal or client meetings when required.
Support travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation under supervision.
Perform proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping in accordance with company procedures.
Carry out any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
