The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating communication, managing schedules, and supporting various departments as required.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Office Support
Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other business documents.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Ensure smooth daily office operations.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping
Enter and update data in systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Maintain accurate records of staff information.
3. Scheduling & Coordination
Arrange meetings, appointments, and calendars for management.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate staff activities, or company events.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month
