We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Administration Intern
to join our dynamic team at
ByCheFiza Sdn. Bhd.
This internship offers hands-on experience in office administration, documentation, and coordination work within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in daily administrative operations (data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence).
Support HR and Finance departments with record keeping and basic clerical tasks.
Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
Update and maintain company databases and reports.
Support procurement and stock documentation (where applicable).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree student in
Business Administration, Management, Office System, Human Resource, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
