4. Perform data entry tasks accurately using company systems or Excel
5. Schedule meetings,prepare meeting rooms,and take simple meeting minutes.
6. Monitor and manage office supplies and daily operational needs
7. Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking,leave records,and staff files
8. Assist with basic accounting tasks including receipts,payments,and claims documentation.
9. Support company events such as training,campaigns,or internal programs
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Specification:
Basic Qualification: Diploma & Degree
Requirement:
Male candidates only
Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration,Management,or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
Good communication skills with a positive working attitude.
Organized,responsible,and able to work in a team.
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Possess a valid driving license
Basic experience in admin/HR/accounting is an added advantage
