iFAST Capital is a fintech wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore, providing a comprehensive range of investment products and services to financial advisory firms, financial institutions, banks, internet companies, multinational companies, as well as retail and high net worth investors in Asia.



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern - Administrative cum Client Services. This internship offers valuable exposure to the investment industry and is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience and deepen their knowledge. If you have a strong interest in investments, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to walk-in clients and advisers on general inquiries.

Support the team in processing incoming documents, such as account openings, transactions, and service requests.

Assist in preparing standard replies and templates for common customer queries.

Help update and maintain customer records and internal databases.

Escalate complex issues to relevant team members for resolution.

Provide general administrative support to the Client Services team.

Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.

Available for a minimum internship duration of 5 months or longer.

Willing to work at our office located on Jalan Sultan Ismail (next to Pavilion).

Possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
