Job Description

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative and customer service operations. The intern will support the Customer Service team in day-to-day tasks, communication management, and process coordination.

Responsibilities:



Perform general clerical and administrative duties. Generate, update, and consolidate reports for management review. Support the Customer Service team in coordinating documentation and follow-ups. Complete assigned tasks effectively and within deadlines.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in any related field. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint). Able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
