JOB SCOPE: - Answering calls, taking notes/messages, handling correspondence & email daily - Arranging appointments with client - Prepare minutes meeting, resolution, update filing - Prepare & lodge document to SSM website (Mycoid, MBRS) - Prepare & submit Annual Return for clients - Prepare & managed company account & financial/expenses - Perform any other duties when required JOB REQUIREMENT: - Able to speak in English & Bahasa Melayu - Knowledge in Company Secretary duties - Knowledge in Basic Accounting - Posses own transport is bonus Whatsapp 019-9892207, email: nlia211B@gmail.com
