  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Provide support for other departments as required.

  • Assist sales person by providing quotation, invoice or after sales services to customers.
  • Record and control inventory stock using the system
  • Prepare documents such as invoices or reports for filing purposes
  • Replying to emails, answering calls or contacting customers related to sales
