Job Description

1. Responsible in service, checking, maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of air conditional system.

2. To provide supports & teamwork to other air conditioning technicians in the maintenance and operation services for all end users and students.

3. Provide support to technical service team. Handle technical resolutions and end users complaints.

4. To provide guidance and coaching to the technical team.

5. To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning units at site.

6. To ensure the smooth running of the building air conditioning system.

7. To maintain accurate records of the condition of the above-mentioned equipment with monthly reports to the Team Leader for Air Conditioning System & BO 11KV Chargeman.

8. To create systematic monitoring systems or program in the institution for preventive maintenance for all air conditioning installations.

9. Participate in the development of policies and procedures in relation to air conditioning system.

10. Must be able to response to emergency call duty and special task arrangement during off day.

11. Maintain a list of contractors and carry out their performance evaluation on maintenance checks.

12. Overseeing external contractor's works / service and monitor their performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM700.00 per month
