About the Role
We are offering 6 months internship to work with the growing ServiceNow Software Engineering squad in Kuala Lumpur. As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to become technically proficient on implementing ServiceNow while introduced to the corporate environment; This means taking part in our curated curriculum to groom your persona and brush up your skills so that you can autonomously deliver minimum viable products that help SWIFT grow. You also will get the chance to learn stake holder management, project management, communication with impact etc. Your learning opportunities are as much as you wish to help teams work better across the organization by using the power of the platform, enabling automated workflow for complex business end-to-end processes.

What to expect:

  • You will learn the foundations of ITIL, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, CMDB and others.
  • You will work on challenging requirements and propose solutions collaboratively within the team.
  • You will partner with developers in the designs, code, unit test and technical documentations.
  • You will proof yourself capable of managing a small project end-to-end.
  • You will get yourself certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
What will make you successful:
  • Preferred internship seekers currently pursuing under grade or post grade degree in computer science or related fields
  • Familiar with basic system administration concept on Linux and Windows and aware of network concepts
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools & processes, git, and BitBucket is a plus
  • Proficient in English (spoken & written)
  • Enjoy learning new things
  • Enjoy working in a team
