About the Project

ASPLUS.my is a Malaysian-developed cloud-based accounting software designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and freelancers. As we continue to scale and enhance our platform, we are looking for a passionate and driven intern to assist our lead developer in building and maintaining core modules.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead programmer in maintaining and enhancing features of ASPLUS.my Test, report, and document bugs or errors found during development Perform UI/UX testing and provide feedback for improvements Support integration of new modules (e.g., e-Invoicing, Money In/Out, Journal Entry, etc.) Maintain version control and collaborate via GitHub or other tools Participate in online team meetings and agile-style task tracking (e.g., Trello/Jira) Contribute to technical documentation and internal guides where necessary

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Basic knowledge of

, or similar Able to work independently, follow SOPs, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication skills in English or Malay Able to commit to a minimum of

3 months

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Appreciated)

Experience with Postman, GitHub, API testing Familiarity with SaaS development and REST APIs Exposure to UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind)
