a) To maintain the Baking standards specific for the outlets.
b) Ensure that Baking standards comply with Company requirement.
c) Maximize productivity and maintain consistency.
d) Must have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Company employee rules and regulations.
e) Maintain rapport / harmonious relationship among the Baker Staff.
f) Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus, and operating supplies.
g) Control and manage the tools and equipment stocks - making sure they are handled and used efficiently, carefully, stored properly and monitors the number and does a monthly inventory.
h) Help maintain the Hygiene and Cleanliness of the Baker compartment
i) Maintain the quality and standard of the product produced.
j) Do not do "short cuts" that will result in a dissatisfying quality.
k) If you have a "Great Idea" on something please discuss with the HOD prior in executing the actions.
l) To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
