Job Description
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Human Resources, Administration or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English Applicants must be willing to work office or on-site at project locations in Alor Setar.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Supervisor in monitoring and recording daily site progress. Supervise and track sub-contractors' work performance on-site. Review and understand structural and architectural drawings to ensure proper implementation on site. Conduct inspections on completed work by sub-contractors and maintain proper documentation. Help ensure building materials are correctly stored, handled, and protected. Assist in verifying the materials delivered to the site and ensure compliance with specifications and approvals. Support in enforcing site safety regulations and quality control procedures. Report any irregularities or non-conformances to the Site Supervisor or Site Engineer. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Senior Project/Site Engineer.
