Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Administration Intern to join our team!


This internship offers hands-on experience in daily business operations, administration, and office management while working closely with our operations, HR, and management team.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in daily administrative and office operations Support documentation, filing, and record management Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents Support data entry and basic administrative tasks Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communications Support operational and clerical tasks as required Provide general support to different departments when needed

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Willing to learn with a positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time management skills
