Job Description

Administrative Support:

This could include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.

Office Operations:

Assisting with tasks like maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.

Data Entry and Management:

Entering and updating information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

Document Management:

Creating, organizing, and managing documents, including reports, presentations, and other materials.

Project Support:

Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, preparing materials, and coordinating with team members.

Communication and Liaison:

Communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and assisting with internal communication.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
