We are looking for a

Business Analyst Intern

to assist our Business Analyst in preparing project documentation and supporting ongoing system development projects. This role is suitable for students who are interested in understanding how business requirements are translated into real software solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Diagram flow, and process workflows. Support requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal teams. Conduct basic research and analysis to support project planning. Assist in preparing test cases and participating in UAT/PAT/FAT/SIT activities. Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and suggest solutions.

Requirements

Malaysian Citizen. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related fields. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of system development or software processes is an advantage. Able to work independently and in a team. Able to travel if required (Together with team). Experience in using tools like Figma/Canva is an added advantage.

Pay: RM400.00 - RM700.00 per month
