Appendix 1 The job ad: INTERNSHIP / Business Development The company: WorkerzDIRECT Sdn Bhd Expected Salary: RM 750.00 \xe2\x80\x93 RM1,000.00 We are looking to hire an ambitious Internship in business development to join our growing team at Workerz Direct in Bangsar South. • Ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
• Assists to handle day-to day inventory operation, reporting, filing, etc.
• Performs administrative and division support activities.
• To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Assist manager in carrying out Business Impact Analysis across all areas of the organization.
• Assist in business functions in the areas of Business Development on tasks related to your field of study.
• Learn and practice basic day to day work or projects in a shared services environment.
• Assist in proposal writing.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated and a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
