Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Calling & Appointment Setting (Primary Duty)

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Introduce company products/services confidently and professionally. Arrange

business appointments

, demos, presentations, or site visits for the sales team. Maintain and update call logs, lead lists, and follow-up schedules. Respond to customer inquiries courteously and promptly. Assist in confirming appointments, sending reminders, and coordinating meeting details.

B. Sales & Lead Engagement

Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, walk-ins, and referrals. Assist the sales team in nurturing prospects and tracking warm leads. Provide basic product/service information to customers during calls. Work towards weekly lead-generation or appointment targets (guided).

C. Marketing & Content Support

Assist in preparing promotional materials (flyers, posters, videos, reels). Contribute ideas for social media content and assist with posting schedules. Support marketing campaigns during product launches, roadshows, or events.

D. Business & Market Research

Conduct simple research on competitors, pricing, and market demand. Assist in preparing slides, proposals, quotations, and presentation decks. Provide data and insights for business strategy discussions.

Requirements:

Education

Diploma or Degree in: Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication, or relevant fields.

Skills & Competencies

Confident speaking on the phone -- clear communication and pleasant tone. Good command of

English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Basic understanding of marketing and customer service. Able to use Google Sheets / Excel for tracking leads. Good attitude towards learning, teamwork, and meeting targets.

Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: From RM600.00 per month
