Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating CNC machining programs and processes according to engineering drawings and specifications Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks to support machine reliability Inspect finished parts and report quality issues to supervisors Support accurate and timely completion of production documentation Help maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5s and safety practices Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition before and during operations Assist in prioritizing production tasks based on capacity and urgency Operate various machines including CNC, turning, and manual machining equipment under supervision Follow all company policies, safety procedures, ISO standards, and work instructions Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements:

Diploma, SPM, or currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline Some experience or coursework related to CNC Milling and manual machining is preferred Familiarity with CNC machines using Fanuc Controllers Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code, with the ability to interpret simple CNC programs Knowledge of machining processes and production workflows Strong attention to detail and safety, with a willingness to learn Able to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to RM700.00 per month
