Support the Asia YIP Manager in YIP Fit For Future Project.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• YIP Training Materials Compilation: Prepare and compile updated training materials for all YIP roles (Submitter, Committee, Assessor, Finance, Approval Board, and Officer) in Confluence, the Intranet page, and PowerPoint format.
• Collaboration with Porto Quality Academy: Liaise with the Porto Quality Academy team to develop new e-learning course content for the YIP Assessor role.
• IT Information Content Creation: Develop step-by-step click guides for all YIP roles to support users of the new YIP tools.
• AT Support: Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) program for both the English and Asia versions of the new YIP tools.
• Global YIP Conference Preparation: Support the preparation for the Global YIP Conference related to the Fit For Future project.
• Asia YIP Workshop Support: Organising and hosting the Asia YIP physical workshop in Melaka.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant studies
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Ms. Word
• Familiar with video editing
• Additional advantage for IT background or experience
• Fluent in verbal and written English
