Job Description
:
Getting hands-on with the In - House software Applications. Validating and performing testing of the different applications. Raising Bugs and tracking the resolution of the issues to closure. Liaising with the Development and QA team in gathering requirements. Preparing User Requirement documentation and Application Training materials. Performing Hands-on Training with Applications users for new Application Release where applicable. Handle problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills who can quickly and efficiently identify and escalate issues to the appropriate level of support. Conduct software testing (mostly smoke tests, UI tests and functionality tests) on assigned modules Document test cases as requested by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Good understanding in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, React.js, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, ES6, PHP, etc. Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.). Internship duration min 3 - 6 months
