Job Summary:
The intern will have the opportunity to intern to gain hands-on exposure in General Insurance Broking, a specialised technical skill that is currently limited in the market. The intern will assist the broking team in servicing brokers and supporting day-to-day placement activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn market practices, underwriting requirements, policy structures, and end-to-end broking processes.
The internship aims to develop the intern's technical competency, analytical skills, and understanding of insurance products, while contributing to smooth workflow and service delivery within the broking team.
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the account, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Supporting the supervisor to address brokers' enquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to account activities
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient in using ChatGPT for tasks simplication
