Job Description



Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails, responding to customer or internal inquiries promptly. Review and verify sales submissions in the CRM system. Prepare and manage QR devices and related documentation. Coordinate courier services, including packaging and delivery arrangements. Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and generate reports as required. Manage office supplies, including pantry items and stationery orders. Support ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:



Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Mass communication or other related disciplines. A good team player Willing to learn attitude Work location: Kota Damansara

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
