Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
Process room reservation with utmost accuracy, attention to details and speed
Provide assistance to the team for special requests or problems that may arise in the department.
Ensure all reservation bookings received either by fax or e-mail is keyed in a timely
manner and reply to guests soonest possible.
Monitor call handling so that opportunities in up-selling are maximized.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
Learn thoroughly the sales/client acquisition process.
Develop and execute innovative customer service and sales strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
Possess good teamwork and networking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and working in a highly team-based environment.
Keen interest in digitalization and current industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
