Responsibilities (L2)
Enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through various initiatives??
Assist in managing the SuperApp for i-City, which integrates various services and features for customers??
Improving theme park attractions and services to exceed customer expectations??
Assist in collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth execution of customer-facing projects??
Assist in implementing new technologies, upgrading systems, and developing custom software solutions??
Gathering knowledge, researching, and strategizing execution for special projects??
Coordinating between different teams to ensure alignment of project goals??
Drafting documentation, including checklists and user guides, for new processes or services??
Gathering feedback for continuous improvement of workflows and processes??
