Job Description

Key Responsibility:



Assist in sourcing, quotation requests, and supplier coordination. Support in processing sales orders, updating shipping trackers, and managing planning schedules. Follow up with deliveries. Collect and analyze data trends to support decision-making and reporting. Prepare and maintain purchasing and sales documentation, records, and filing. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
