Assist in updating product information such as names, prices, and images on the website and online shop
Support new product launches, promotions, and online campaigns
Help check and manage product stock levels to ensure availability
Coordinate with teams for order processing and customer service
Maintain accurate records for product listings and inventory
Online Shop Improvement
Conduct simple research on competitor websites to identify good practices
Support the redesign and user experience improvement of the online shop
Use Figma to help create wireframes or mockups for web updates
Assist in user testing and support system deployment when required
Reporting and Data Analysis
Help prepare regular reports on online store performance
Assist in identifying trends or unusual activity in product sales
Maintain organized report files and basic data documentation
Support the team in tracking key performance indicators
About You
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital commerce and online shopping trends.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given (especially during flagship product launch period)
Able to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment and have good interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management skills.
A consensus builder that can collaborate with cross-functional team.
