Support in coordinating digital projects, including preparing documentation, trackers, and reports.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test scripts, and tracking issues.
Document project requirements, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
Conduct research on digital tools, platforms, and best practices to support ongoing initiatives.
Assist in data collection, analysis and presentation for digital projects.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide ad-hoc support in system enhancements, app testing and digital campaign execution.
Basic understanding of project management processes.
Familiarity with software and mobile app testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
