About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Digital Solutions Intern

to help us design and implement a simple but impactful system for managing

Donation-in-Kind (DIK) items and Assets

. Using Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint, you will create a mobile-friendly app that allows our team to track donated goods and assets from intake to delivery, with QR code integration for easy scanning and auditing.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and social good, who enjoys hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Build a Power Apps application

(mobile-first) for DIK & Asset tracking: Intake form for new items (with QR/Barcode tagging). Scan-and-update actions (move, deliver, retire). Read-only audit screen (item history).

Design SharePoint lists

as backend data sources (Register + Movements).

Integrate QR/Barcode scanning

using phone camera in Power Apps.

Assist with label/tag workflow

(pre-printed or printer integration).

Document the system

with a simple user guide for staff.

Train staff (basic)

on how to use the app. Work with the

Management & Admin (MA) team

to refine requirements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in

IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field

. Familiarity with

Microsoft 365 tools

(SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate). Basic understanding of

databases/spreadsheets

(Excel, Access, SQL is a plus). Interest in

low-code / no-code development

. Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
