Job Responsibilities:
To manage online ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and etc
To update changes and promotions on platform
To manage product listings including uploading product images, updating inventory levels and etc
To handle order processing
To oversee the order process from placement to delivery
To conduct customer service on the platforms
Job Requirements:
Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Comm/ Digital Marketing/ Social Media or any related field
Willing to learn and team player
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
