RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the

maintenance, repair, and servicing

of electrical systems, air conditioners, and refrigeration units within the outlet. Support

preventive maintenance

tasks to ensure all kitchen and restaurant equipment operates efficiently. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and ensure tools and work areas are well-kept. Follow

safety and hygiene standards

as required in food service operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree

in Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration (e.g., from a TVET, Polytechnic, or Technical College). Basic technical knowledge of electrical and cooling systems. Good teamwork, discipline, and a willingness to learn. Able to work on-site at the assigned Sushi King outlet. Possess own transport and valid license (motorbike). Available for the entire internship duration.
