We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate operations, tenant relations, administration, and property maintenance coordination. The intern will support the property management team in day-to-day tasks, gaining exposure to the operational and financial aspects of managing real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily property operations, including tenant communication, service requests, and vendor coordination. Assist with documentation, renewals, and filing systems. Assist to perform property inspections and compile reports. Support data entry, rent collection tracking, and report generation. Help to coordinate with maintenance and service teams for timely issue resolution. Attend and take notes during meetings with property owners, tenants, and contractors. Assist in budget tracking and invoice management.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Strata Management Act 2013 is a plus. Location: Based at site.
