As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating logistics for meetings, engagements, and events; arrange travel for SEA MD and track related expenses, receive, screen, and re-direct calls, visitors, and mails; maintain files and records; and any other ad-hoc support
Support with communicating directly with other stakeholders in following up on the status of assignments; exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy; prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; and respond to routine correspondences and inquiries
Work closely with the Global Real Estate and Corporate Services team and especially with the on-site Facilities Coordinator to oversee general office operations and ensure undisrupted and efficient office operations. This role will also work closely with HR department and other employees to maintain a safe working environment for all users of the facility
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any discipline
Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multi-task
Proactive, analytical, and resourceful
Excellent interpersonal and communication, oral and written skills
Good sense of initiative and responsibility and positive working attitude
Job Type: Internship Salary: RM1,000.00 - RM1,001.00 per month Schedule:
Monday to Friday
