What this job involves: The Engineering Intern is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective, and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to: Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance. To support electrical engineers in collecting and maintaining electrical equipment and data. Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading. Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations. Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process. Sound like you To apply, you need to be: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering related discipline SKILLS and CORE COMPETENCIES Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management skills. Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Good written and oral communication skills.
