Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in researching fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles relevant to current and upcoming collections. Create initial sketches and digital mock-ups using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D or similar). Support the team in developing concepts for new collections. Prepare mood boards, technical drawings, and design specifications. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and meet quality standards. Help organize and document design files, archives, and samples. Contribute creative ideas for projects, including sportswear, casual wear, and accessories. Provide support during fittings, photoshoots, and product-related events.
Requirements & Qualifications
Basic skills in fashion sketching, digital design, and fabric knowledge. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; CLO3D/Optitex is a plus). Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and/or sportswear. Creative, innovative, and a strong team player. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of pattern making or basic garment construction. Interest in branding and fashion styling. Experience or interest in designing sportswear, activewear, or streetwear is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
