Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor promoters' performance, merchandising standards, and product visibility. Oversee and coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, stocks, or display units to outlets. Ensure items are delivered accurately, safely, and within the required timeframe. Keep proper records of stock movements, delivery forms, and return items. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the manager. Prepare and submit operational documents such as attendance sheets, claim forms, outlet visit reports, and delivery notes. Support the operations and HR team with required paperwork including new staff onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking. Assist in compiling project reports, photo submissions, and expense documentation for management or client review. Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for smooth audit or internal checking. Lead and guide the field team to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Conduct daily or weekly briefings to communicate assignments, priorities, and expectations. Provide training, motivation, and feedback to staff to maintain performance standards. Monitor attendance and discipline, and report issues promptly to management. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outlet visits, delivery status, and manpower updates. Communicate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure operational needs are met.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an added advantage). Able to handle basic administrative work and reporting. Possess own transport (car/motorbike) and willing to travel to outlets or project sites as required. * Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
