Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks within the department. Assist in preparing and updating financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Verify accuracy of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation. Assist in monitoring expenses and maintaining petty cash records. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and data as required. Support in filing, scanning, and maintaining records systematically. Assist with communication and correspondence (email, phone, or letter). Conduct basic research or data collection related to departmental projects. Support staff in planning and executing company events or projects. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information. Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Eager to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
