Diploma/Degree/Certificate in related field - F&B, Culinary, Pastry and Bakery, Retail Management, Hospitality etc.
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.
Minimum 3 months internship or On Job Training.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare cook, and serve foods and beverage efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet.
Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low.
To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during the closing
To keep all stock and labelling the date accordingly to maintaining the freshness
To ensure the product can produce as and when needed
To ensure the cleanliness of the item used for cooking
Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly
Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.
