TanggungjawabAccounting Duties:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Administrative Duties:
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee record management.
Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
