Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing
• Support in preparing and updating financial records, reports, and statements
• Help with bank reconciliation, petty cash, and payment tracking
• Assist in verifying supplier invoices and staff claims
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts team
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
