Responsibilities:
Assist to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
Assist in issuing credit notes or debit notes.
Assist to prepare payment voucher and invoice for payment and make sure that the required paperwork is attached before submitting.
Assist in recording and filing petty cash transaction.
Liaising with suppliers and transporters for documentation enquiries.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are accurately entered into the system.
Provide administration support.
Assist in accounting functions, data entry, maintain and updating of account records.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance or related field.
Have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Word & Excel).
Benefits:
Monthly Allowance : RM1000 per month
