Assist the account & finance team in daily tasks and routines.
Participate in basic bookkeeping activities and reconciliations
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Provide general support to the account team.
Conducting data entry using accounting software.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by superior or HOD.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficient in computer use and documentation.
Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
Capability to read, write or speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Ability to multitask effectively.
Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee upon good internship performance (for final year students)
