Responsibility
Shadowing members of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR Dept. as they perform their duties;
To support and assist in placement administration;
Assisting with filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records;
Working with bookkeeping software;
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;
Prepare project reports, progress summaries and related data;
Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients;
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations;
Assist and attend the company's marketing & sales activities including property, magazine, seminars, events, training & etc. (if requires);
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned accordingly
