Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Tanggungjawab Assist the Accounts Department:
Support the processing of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Assist in issuing invoices and purchase orders.
Help input payment receipts and supplier invoices into the system.
Assist with other accounting-related tasks.
Process Employee Claims:
Assist in processing employee monthly expenses claims.
Administrative Support:
Assist in general clerical and administrative matters, including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.
Ad-Hoc Assignments:
Any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or other team members.
